From there, we’ll generate and email your estimate to you. Then, if you decide to choose Seaberg Construction, we’ll order the materials and schedule your project. Yes, on every project, we provide a 10 year workmanship warranty in addition to manufacturers’ product warranties at no additional cost to you. Our 10 year workmanship warranty covers the work our crews perform. This means that if any thing were to fail in the first 10 years due to an installation issue, we’ll come out to fix it at no charge. Be sure to give us a call as soon as you notice the issue to prevent further damage.
