In recent holiday seasons, we have been delighted to fulfill holiday wish lists for children and young adults. It’s our way of injecting a glimmer of hope and happiness into the lives of those who may need it most.

Rhode Island Community Food Bank
Seaberg Construction organizes a virtual food drive every November to support the Rhode Island Community Food Bank, just in time for Thanksgiving. We not only encourage donations but also pledge to match them. This is an opportunity for our community to get involved and double their impact in aiding our fellow Rhode Islanders.
With rising costs of basic living necessities, it is more important than ever to show up for others. With your help, we raised over 2,000 dollars last season!

RI DOT Adopt-A-Spot
In April 2021, in honor of Earth Day, Seaberg Construction adopted a spot within our local community. The chosen location is a traffic island situated at the intersection of Putnam Pike and George Waterman Road in Johnston, RI.
Weekly maintenance, including mowing the grass and tidying up litter, forms part of our standard care plan. Additionally, we have created a flower bed where we planted various shrubs, roses, petunias, and a small evergreen tree. We’re proud to manage our piece of Johnston, aiming to enhance the natural beauty of our town even further.
None of this could have been accomplished without our dedicated team. At Seaberg Construction, we greatly value teamwork, and its effectiveness is evident in all of our endeavors.
Adopt-A-Highway
In April 2022, Seaberg Construction upheld our commitment to contributing to our community on Earth Day. This year, we decided to adopt a highway. Under the Adopt-A-Highway program, we are assigned a dedicated crew who maintains the stretch of the highway monthly. Though we possess the manpower, program guidelines necessitate their crews to perform the work.
We selected a section of Route 6 in Johnston, Rhode Island. We aim to leave our town in better shape than when we arrived. As participants in this program, Seaberg Construction receives signage on the highway for commuters to observe.
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Providence and East Bay
A thought that had been prevalent in our minds for a while was how to utilize our resources and manpower to positively impact our community. We found our answer in Habitat for Humanity of Greater Providence and East Bay. Their mission is dedicated to building decent, affordable housing with families that live in substandard and unaffordable housing and to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action.
We had an opportunity to help a family in Providence that required a safe and secure home. We volunteered our services to install the roof, while Habitat for Humanity handled the rest. We eagerly anticipate contributing to many more homes in Providence and the surrounding areas.

Community Sports Teams
As a small business, we believe it’s our social responsibility to support our local community, which includes helping the children of our team members. As the three boys of co-owner Adam grow older and increasingly participate in sports, sponsoring their teams and events is a decision we make without hesitation. We firmly believe that these programs play a crucial role in the wholesome growth and development of our children and community.
Our Project Manager, Joe, is a coach for his son’s North Providence Little League team, as well as his football and basketball teams. We show our support by sponsoring teams, events, and traveling games. We feel that these programs provide the necessary structure and discipline for children, shaping them into the individuals they are meant to be.
In addition to backing Adam and Joe’s hometowns, we also contribute to Johnston’s athletic programs. Our business is based in Johnston, a town that has warmly embraced us for several years.
Operation Stand Down Rhode Island
Operation Stand Down Rhode Island assists local veterans who are either at risk or experiencing homelessness. They provide resources such as housing, counseling, job placement, and food assistance to help veterans adjust to civilian life. In the summer of 2023, they issued a public plea for help as their food pantry ran low. Upon seeing this news, Jon, a co-owner of our company, felt compelled to help. We shopped at BJ’s Wholesale Club and Aldi’s Supermarket to fill a pickup truck with pantry essentials.
The gratitude we received from the team at Operation Stand Down Rhode Island was extremely moving. They informed us that our donation would sustain them until the holiday season, and we are eagerly looking forward to offering more assistance in the future.

North Providence Animal Welfare Society
We at Seaberg Construction share a profound love for pets, as most of our team members are proud pet parents. We take great interest in the North Providence Animal Welfare Society (NPAWS), an organization dedicated to relentlessly advocating for animals in the Tritown Animal Shelter in North Providence, supporting their caregivers, and championing necessary programs and services.
